In between the depressed moments, some good news happened. I guess I have a tentative thesis topic, which I now have to research and possibly write a prospectus on. Yep. User Generated Documentation. I know I already broke the news on Twitter to the few users who are not bots that follow me, but it's still cool to me.
I hope I'm doing this right.
Anyway, so I should be working through that in the next few weeks. Or couple months. I am excited to actually have a focus that touches on so many of my interests.
I don't know if I should post the prospectus on-line? Perhaps no. Though it is tempting to have it out there on a google doc or wave (no invite, so no go on that one) and see how the document grows/changes over a period.
Also, finished section 4 of the weird little poem I posted a month or two ago, making it damn near 350 lines long so far. Working on a short story which is almost done but will not be posted here for a while. The novel is growing, but the plot is not moving because I didn't think some of it was flushed out enough. Don't worry, though, I'll probably edit it all out again soon enough.
